With over 25 years of teaching experience, Paola combines her expertise in Pilates and Fascia Movement with an intuitive approach that supports beginners and challenges experienced movers—ensuring every guest leaves the retreat feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply renewed.
Paola's passion and motivation for hosting wellness retreats has grown exponentially since running her first in 2017. There’s something innate about sharing space and time with other connected people and learning how to help them connect back into their inner selves. Paola enjoys seeing people head home better aligned, smiling, happy and relaxed brings her such joy – as well as a deep sense of satisfaction.

WORKSHOPS
Paola aims to inspire and inform your practice during the retreat and back in the outside world.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
A restorative, slow-paced session combining gentle flow and self-massage techniques using various props to encourage calm, spaciousness, and inner ease.
BREATHWORK

With 25 years of experience, Paola curates an intelligently tailored weekend program combining Pilates, FAMO Fascia Movement, breathwork, workshops, and myofascial release to enhance balance, resilience, and ease throughout the whole body.

The retreat offers beautiful facilities including a spa, pool, infrared sauna and gym to enjoy between meals and classes.
ALL GOURMET MEALS INCLUDED
Nourishing, wholesome dishes using fresh produce. Tea and coffee are provided throughout the weekend. Barista made coffee as an optional extra.
