
I’ve been curating bespoke retreats for over ten years, and I am passionate about creating space for people to find an inner sense of wellness, through movement, connection, relaxation and nature. I have almost 25 years’ experience as a Pilates instructor, and am a leading FAMO fascia-movement, yoga, breathwork and wellness teacher, trainer and educator. I believe at the intersection of science, knowledge and movement practice exists a sense of deep self-belief and inner peace.
