More about me, your host
Hosting retreats brings me immense joy because it allows me to create a sanctuary for you—a space where every detail is taken care of so you can truly let go. These weekends are designed for you to focus solely on yourself, free from the demands of daily life.
Through a harmonious blend of movement, rest, uplifting company, scenic walks, refreshing swims, and nourishing meals, you gift your body and mind the chance to reset. The benefits are profound: a calmer nervous system, improved digestion, enhanced tissue hydration, and more. It's a transformative experience that nurtures your whole being.
Meet your chef, Angie
A true south-coast treasure, Angie’s culinary brilliance is matched only by her commitment to a sustainable, ethical and locally sourced menu. Think rich cardamon-scented Massaman curry, smoked burrata pasta, salads that crunch with freshness and taste, Buddha bowls bright with colour and flavour, homemade chocolate truffles… have I got your attention yet?
A trained chef, cooking teacher, and expert fermenter, Angie is passionate about sharing her knowledge of food and nutrition. As one of the founders and former culinary director of Two Good Co, her passion lies in using food to help transform lives. Wholesome, nutritious, nourishing and all sourced from the local area, Angie’s food deserves a retreat of its own. Hm. Maybe I’ll work on that!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Jane
I loved the classes. I learnt a lot about supporting my body and felt so good and flexible after the classes. I also loved the pace of the schedule, great balance of free time and class time.
Michelle
What I liked best is the structure of the classes and it built trust and friendship. I was apprehensive because of long term illness and you allowed belief in myself and my body's capabilities.
Jasmine
Relaxed, nourished and freedom of movement.
Paola, we love attending your retreats, you put so much effort and care into the weekend.
