This booking system may change in future as I'm looking at different options.  Once you've booked, a link will be sent to you by the latest 2 hours before the class begins. You will also need to download Zoom and create a Zoom account. Scroll down to see how.  I suggest you set up Zoom well in advance  to make sure audio and video working and log in 10 - 15 minutes so we are ready to start on time!

Slow & Mellow YOGA Flow


Suitable for beginners. Poses are refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow & Mellow flow allows you to  sense how you're moving which creates a reflective pause.

PILATES & Slings Mat


Pilates is complemented by Slings Myofascial Training™ based on the latest findings in research supporting the body-wide interconnectedness of muscles and fascia. We can identify lines or “slings” that connect us from head to toe and extremities to trunk. The combination of Slings and Pilates optimises structural balance in the body. The aim is to enhance movement freedom because movement freedom improves quality of life!

When online, it is up to each individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen to attend. Physical exercise can be strenuous and involve risk and so you are advised to seek the advice of your medical professional before embarking in any form of physical exercise. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease please consult with your physician first. The practice of Pilates, Yoga and Slings Myofascial Training™ requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain.


Please remember to:

  • Take responsibility for yourself and your current abilities during your online practice. 

  • We feel different every day, take note of that. The day before a particular exercise may have felt easier than the current day. Take this into account.

  • Take note of your comfortable limits and if you’re in any doubt whatsoever, adjust accordingly or please seek medical advice.

  • Take breaks if needed or adjust the movements to suit you.
