Surround yourself in a magical environment. Feel stronger, revitalised and energised with greater clarity of mind. Enhance your Pilates practice, enjoy time out from daily life and experience the beautiful outdoors of the Yanada Retreat Centre.

Immerse yourself in Pilates, Workshops and Myofascial Release Masterclasses at your own pace. An optional meditation class is available.
All levels are welcome and encouraged. Maximum 14 people.

ACCOMMODATION

 

The rooms are simple, comfortable and cosy. All rooms are provided with cotton linen bedding, towels and basic toiletries. Rooms are fitted with air-conditioning, heating and fans. All twin rooms share bathrooms and the room share has an ensuite.
